Waxed Glutinous Rice

Soaked glutinous rice, diced mushrooms and sausages, soaked dried shrimps, sliced red onions.

Pour the glutinous rice, stir-fry it over medium heat, add sugar, salt and monosodium glutamate and stir-fry quickly. Pick up the iron pan, put water over the rice noodles for one minute, and steam for about 20 minutes. Serve.

Put the red onion, stir fragrant and pick it up, then add the shrimp, sausage, and mushrooms to fry until fragrant. Pick it up and put it on the side.

Tips:
Soak the glutinous rice in water for one hour. Drain the water, add about a teaspoon of sugar and mix well. The steamed glutinous rice has a brighter color and a smoother taste.
