Weird Lemon Pickled Radish

Wash the white radish, dry and cut into strips for later use

Lemon (preferably green lemon) soaked in salt water for 5 minutes and sliced for later use

Ginger shreds, garlic slices, dried chili rings, lemon slices and set aside

Use half of the pear to make a puree

Put white radish strips, lemon slices, and pear puree into a pot, add ginger, garlic slices, dried chili rings, salt, sugar, and sweet chili sauce

Stir for a few minutes until tasty

Put the mixed ingredients into the fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator. It will taste the next day. Take it out and it will be OK. You can add or subtract seasonings according to your taste
