Tips:
1. The size of the chicken determines the cooking time. The one I bought is about 700g, and it’s enough to cook for about 8 minutes
2. The ice water should be made with boiled water and put in the whole chicken for ten seconds. After the temperature drops, it can be taken out
3. Put it in the refrigerator and put it in the refrigerator after being wrapped in plastic wrap, which will make the skin and meat firmer, and will also lock the moisture in the chicken tightly.
4. The seasoning is prepared according to your own preferences. My ingredients include (green onion, chopped pepper, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic), and can also be served directly with salt and pepper
5. The water in the pot should be less than the amount of the whole chicken
