White Ear Broccoli

Tips:
1. The broccoli is blanched first and then fried with white fungus and wolfberry. The taste is also very good. If it is fried directly, pay attention to it;
2. Proper intake of wolfberry is advisable, preferably not more than 20 grams per person per day;
3. You don't need to pour out the water for soaking wolfberry, you can add starch to make water starch.
