White Jade Mushroom and White Fungus Chicken Soup

Cut the chicken legs into small pieces, cook under cold water, add a little cooking wine, blanch the froth and remove it for use. (It's OK to buy a whole chicken and chop into small pieces.)

The white fungus can be torn into small flowers for later use.

Wash the white jade mushroom and set aside.
