White Meat with Sauce

Cut the pork belly with skin into 5 cm squares, wash and boil in cold water, skim off the foam, add green onion, ginger, star anise, and pepper to cook until the meat is rotten.

When the meat is cooked to the point where it can be easily pierced with chopsticks, add a small amount of Maggi Fresh soy sauce and half a spoon of salt to taste, then turn off the heat.

Add salt, sugar, and monosodium glutamate to the bowl, pour two spoons of Mega Soy Sauce and one spoon of vinegar.

Add chopped chives, garlic, coriander, mash the spicy peanuts, add them to the sauce, pour in the sesame oil and stir well.

Take out the cooked pork belly and cut into slices about 2 mm.

Put a small amount of sauce on the plate and serve the rest of the sauce with the meat. Dip according to personal taste.
