White Radish Meatball Soup

Prepare white radish, pork, green onions, oil, salt, cooking wine, oyster sauce, and fish meal.

After the white radish is peeled, cut into thin slices; after the pork is cut into slices, put in a meat grinder and beat into minced meat, or manually chopped into minced meat; onions are cut into chopped green onions.

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine and salt to the minced meat and mix well.

I added a spoonful of light soy sauce, and today I also added a spoonful of fish meal.

Mix the minced meat into small meatballs.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and cook on high heat until the side of the pot starts to bubble. When it is about to boil, add the meatballs and continue cooking on medium heat to cook the meatballs.

Add the white radish and continue cooking for about 3 minutes. Today the radishes are thinly sliced and can be cooked without cooking for too long.

Add an appropriate amount of salt before starting the pan, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and then turn off the heat.
