White Radish Sirloin Soup

Prepare ingredients: white radish peeled and cut into pieces; beef brisket washed and cut into pieces; ginger sliced and shallots cut off;

Put the sirloin, water, cooking wine, 2 slices of ginger, and 1 green onion into the pot. After it is brought to a boil, cook for another 2 minutes; do not cover the whole process;

Tips:
1. The seasoning can be adjusted according to personal taste;
2. The amount of water should be added at one time, never add water halfway.
