White Radish Soaked in Vinegar and Rock Sugar that is More Delicious Than Sour Radish
1.
Peel the white radish, rinse and slice (the shape of the cut can be arbitrary)
2.
Marinate in salt for half an hour, and rinse the white radish with water after the water has been marinated as shown in the picture. Dry the white radish after washing.
3.
Put the dried white radish in a glass crisper, and put some garlic, chili, and rock sugar on it (heavily flavored, you can put more garlic and chili)
4.
Add some soy sauce and pour some old vinegar. It is best to pickle all the radishes.
5.
Close the lid and put it in the refrigerator for one day
6.
You can take it out to enjoy the delicious food after a day of freezing in the refrigerator

You can put more rock candy, the radish tastes less sour
