White Radish Squid Soup

Soak the squid in advance, remove the purple film on the back, cut into small sections with a flower knife, peel the white radish and cut into pieces with a hob

After blanching the bones, put them in the pot and cook for half an hour, then add the radish cubes and cook until soft and tender (the degree of hardness you like)

Add the squid to a boil and cook for another minute. Finally, add salt, MSG and pepper to taste.
