White Radish Vermicelli Soup

Shred the white radish and set aside, chopped green onions.

Soak the vermicelli in cold water for later use.

Pour water into the pot, add the shredded white radish and vermicelli after the water is boiled, and keep boiling for 5 or 6 minutes until the soup starts to turn slightly white and the taste of white radish is cooked.

After turning off the heat, add salt and chicken essence to the pot, sprinkle chopped green onion, and add a few drops of sesame oil.
