A dish from my hometown, I grew up eating it when I was a child, and now I am a mother, and my children also like this dish. Now my living conditions are better. It is no longer a single addition of meat. I like mixing and matching. Add a little whitebait in it, and the taste is even more fresh.

Whitebait Stuffed with Bean Paste

1. Prepare the ingredients used.

2. Grind the pork until minced.

3. Then put the celery and whitebait in the cooking machine, wring until they are combined, add appropriate amount of cooking wine and soy sauce to taste.

4. Stuff the minced meat until it is in the bean paste.

5. Put it on the pot and steam it until it's cooked through.

6. Such a serving of whitebait minced meat stuffed with beans.

Tips:

I like to use lean meat, but the best is pork belly, which has a softer texture.
