Whole Shrimp Wanton Noodles

To process the fresh shrimp, take a part of the fresh shrimp and remove the shell, pick the shrimp thread, clean it, flatten the shrimp meat with a knife, and then chop the pork into mince.

Finely chop ginger and add to the minced meat

Put in the right amount of salt, sugar, pepper, very fresh and other seasonings

Stir in one direction to make meat filling for later use

Take the other part of the fresh shrimp and place it on the wonton skin. This part of the shrimp is the whole one

Add some meat

Knead into wontons in your favorite way, as long as you don’t show the fillings

Put the small pot in water, boil it under the water, and remove it

Blanch the greens and put them in a bowl

The wontons are cooked in the pot and put in a bowl, ready to be enjoyed
Tips:
If there are a lot of fresh shrimps, you can chop a part of it into small pieces and mix it into the pork filling, and leave the other half to wrap it in the wonton. This will make it more elastic and taste fresher.
