Whole Wheat Bread

Put all the ingredients except the butter into the bread bucket, select the kneading program and knead the dough for 10 minutes.

Add butter after mixing the dough once, and knead the dough twice until the dough can pull out the film.

Put the dough into the COUSS CF-3500 fermentation tank, set the temperature to 35 degrees, and the time for 45 minutes, for basic fermentation.

Remove the dough after it has doubled in size.

Press and exhaust, divide equally into 2 parts, and allow for 15 minutes.

Take the dough, roll it into an oval long strip, roll it up, and put it into the baking tray. Sieve an appropriate amount of flour on the surface of the bread dough, and use a sharp blade to cross the cut.

Put the finished bread into the CF-3500 fermentation tank, the temperature is 35 degrees, and the time is 30 minutes, for the second fermentation.

Preheat the oven up and down at 180 degrees in advance, put the baking tray into the middle layer and bake for about 20 minutes, and the bread crust will turn brown and red before it is out.
Tips:
1. Whole wheat flour can be used to make whole wheat bread, and a part of high-gluten flour can be added in order to adjust the taste.
2. Cranberries, chopped walnuts, etc. can also be added to the bread according to your preference.
3. The water absorption of different flour brands will be different, the amount of water added can be slightly increased or decreased according to the situation.
4. When the fermentation tank is fermenting, put hot water in the water box to increase the humidity.
5. The baking temperature and time are for reference only, please adjust appropriately according to the oven temperature performance.
