Wild Onion and Fresh Meat Wonton

Mix salt, cooking wine, fish sauce (if you don’t have it, I just bought it, I want to try the taste), thirteen spice powder, soy sauce and stir until the meat is strong and elastic.

Wash the wild onions and cut into chopped green onions.

Add the chopped green onion to the minced meat and stir well.

Take i small wonton wrappers and put in an appropriate amount of minced meat.

Pour in boiling water (bone broth or chicken broth is better).

After the water is boiled, add the small wontons and cook until the wontons float and cook for about 1 minute.
