Wine Braised Chicken Wings

1. Wash chicken wings, add salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, green onion, ginger slices and pickle for 1 hour to taste;

2. Add oil to the pot and heat up to 150°C, add the chicken wings and fry them until golden brown, remove the oil;

3. Put a little oil in a pot to heat up, add 100ml of water, pour in wine, add soy sauce, red pepper powder, star anise, and Chinese pepper to a boil;

4. Put the chicken wings in a low heat and simmer;

Tips:
