Wine Braised Chicken Wings

Wash chicken wings, add salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, green onion, ginger slices and pickle for 1 hour to taste;

Add oil to the pot and heat up to 150°C, add the chicken wings and fry them until golden brown, remove the oil;

Put a little oil in a pot to heat up, add 100ml of water, pour in wine, add soy sauce, red pepper powder, star anise, and Chinese pepper to a boil;

Put the chicken wings in a low heat and simmer;

Simmer until the juice is collected, and stir-fry the chicken wings for a few times.
Tips:
The chicken wings must be marinated first and then fried, otherwise they will not taste good.
