Winter Lettuce: Stewed Beef Brisket with Sweet Potatoes
1.
Wash the sirloin and cut into mahjong-sized pieces.
2.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, and blanch the sirloin in the amount that can cover the sirloin.
3.
Remove the fried sirloin and wash off the surface foam.
4.
Prepare dried chili, pepper, star anise and cinnamon.
5.
Prepare the green onions, ginger and garlic.
6.
Put 2 tablespoons of oil in the wok, heat to 70% hot, add the sirloin and stir fry.
7.
Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes, and stir-fry the ingredients in Figure 4 below.
8.
Add cooking wine and dark soy sauce and stir well.
9.
Add the ingredients in Figure 5 and stir well.
10.
Add Zhu Hou sauce and a little sugar, and stir well.
11.
Add appropriate amount of water to cover the sirloin, bring to a boil and turn to a low heat to simmer. If it is better to use a casserole, the casserole at home is cracked and I haven't bought a new one yet, so I just cook it in a wok.
12.
When braising beef, peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into chunks about the size of sirloin.
13.
When the sirloin is boiled to nine mature, add the sweet potato pieces, boil over a high heat, and continue to simmer on a low heat until the sweet potatoes are soft and rotten. As long as the soup is thick, it does not need to be dried, so that the finished product can be more delicious!
