Winter Melon and Shrimp Soup
1.
Cut the winter melon into thin slices, rinse the dried shrimps, and cut the coriander and green onions into small pieces.
2.
Heat up a wok, add oil, and fry chopped shallots and pepper. Add water to the pot. The amount of water is controlled by the amount of ingredients. I used about 5 small bowls of water for two people.
3.
Add winter melon, add oyster sauce and salt.
4.
After boiling, boil for 5 minutes and add the washed dried shrimps. Cook for another 5 minutes.
5.
Add the coriander section. Stir well
Tips:
Winter melon is sliced thinly, which makes it easier to ripen.
