Winter Melon Meatball Soup

The pork belly is mashed with a food processor.

Add salt, soy sauce, and vetch powder and stir clockwise.

Wash and slice the wax gourd.
4.
Boil water in the pot.
5.
Boil the meatballs into the pot with a spoon when the water is boiling.
6.
Pour the winter melon and cook for about ten minutes. Add salt during the process (add other seasonings according to your taste).

Finished product.
