Winter Melon Meatball Soup

Main ingredients: winter melon, pork filling, coriander

Put the chopped green onion, ginger, soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, white pepper, sesame oil and other seasonings into the pork filling and stir well.

Cut winter melon into large slices about 0.5 cm thick, and mince coriander.

Put clear water in the pot, add winter melon slices and boil until slightly boiling.

After the pot is boiled to a slight boil, change the minimum heat, put the meat filling into the palm of your hand and make a fist, let the meat filling squeeze out of the tiger's mouth to form a ball, remove it with a spoon, and put it into the soup pot.

Tips:
1. It is recommended not to cut the winter melon slices too thinly, lest the boiled winter melon is cooked and the meatballs have not been completely cooked;
2. It is recommended that the meatballs should not be too big, otherwise the meatballs will not be ripe but the winter melon will be fully cooked;
3. When putting the balls out of the pot, make sure that the soup pot does not boil, otherwise the balls will easily fall apart.
