Winter Warming Soup---sour and Spicy Chicken and Radish Soup

Cut the chicken into slices and add water starch to sizing.

Wash the white radish and cut into filaments.

Add a small amount of oil to the pot and saute the pepper and chopped green onions.

Add the shredded radish and stir fry until the shredded radish is soft.
5.
Add a small amount of soy sauce and continue to stir fry evenly.
6.
Bring to a boil after adding an appropriate amount of water.
7.
Turn to low heat, cook until shredded radish becomes transparent, then add salt and white pepper.

Boil the chicken slices one by one into the radish soup.
9.
Cook for 1 minute, add vinegar and chicken essence to taste.
10.
Sprinkle in coriander and drizzle in sesame oil.
Tips:
Do not cover the radishes when they are cooked. You can get rid of the smell of radish. Vinegar is easily volatile when heated and needs to be added last.
