Wogua Potato Fried Rice

Prepare sorghum rice, squash, potatoes, carrots, green onions, and ginger for later use.

Cut potatoes, melons, and carrots into cubes.
3.
Mince scallion and ginger.
4.
Saute the scallions and ginger in a frying pan, then add diced potatoes, diced scallions, and diced carrots and stir fry.
5.
Stir-fry until the potatoes are golden golden, add appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer.
6.
When the soup has reduced the potatoes and the squash, add rice and stir fry.
7.
Add refined salt before serving.
