Wolfberry Pork Liver Soup

Main ingredients: wolfberry leaves; sliced pork liver, add wine, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch and marinate.

Take the leaves from the opposite direction and wash them.

Wash the wolfberry, slice the ginger. Drain the leaves.

Add 4 rice bowls of cold water, add sliced ginger and goji berry seeds, and bring to a boil.

Add the wolfberry leaves and roll up.

Turn off the heat, add pork liver, mix well. Add salt, and it's ok.
Tips:
1. When removing the leaves, it is best to wear rubber gloves to prevent the hand from being stabbed. 2. When boiling the soup, it is best not to cover it, nor to roll it for too long.
