I used to watch Hong Kong TV dramas, when I talked about eating noodles, I could see the actors holding instant noodles and eating deliciously. Later, I always saw a bowl of wonton noodles. It turns out that wonton noodles are cooked together with wonton noodles. Carved Hong Kong-style food, and you can add a lot of ingredients to make it yourself. The large casserole has a large capacity, and the amount of raw materials is easy to cook. It also seems that this pot noodle is particularly rich and delicious!

Wonton Noodles with Shrimp and Vegetables

1. Pour oil in a casserole, add garlic granules and sauté.

2. Add the carrots and stir fry.

3. Add snow peas.

4. Add fresh shrimp and stir fry.

5. Add the cabbage, add salt, soy sauce and stir fry for a while.

6. Pour in hot water and boil until the water boils.

7. Put in wontons.

8. Add fish balls and seaweed and cook until wontons float.

9. Put the instant noodle cake in the middle, turn off the heat, add coriander, and drizzle with sesame oil.

Tips:

1. Vegetables can be placed at will.
2. Wontons can be bought in the supermarket as finished products.
3. The residual temperature of the casserole is very high. I like to eat harder noodles, so put the instant noodles in, and the noodles will be soft after the photo is taken.
