Wontons with Onion and Meat

Chop fresh pork into puree, add ginger, chopped green onion, spiced noodles, light soy sauce and stir clockwise

Add chopped onion and mix well

Add egg whites and stir clockwise

Take one of the machine wonton wrappers you bought now, put them in the meat, and wrap the meat tightly.

Boil the pot with hot water, put the wontons in the pot, add a little cold water and boil, repeat three times

Put salt, shrimp skin light soy sauce, chicken essence, sesame oil, chopped green onion, seaweed (son doesn’t like it) to adjust the flavor, put in half a bowl of mineral water, and scoop into wontons.
