1. Add seasonings such as egg, pepper, ground ginger, starch, pepper, oyster sauce and salt to the meat filling. Stir in one direction and marinate for ten minutes;

Tips:

1. Add the meat filling to salt and other seasonings to marinate for the taste. When wrapping the wonton, put the meat filling in the middle of the bottom of the wonton wrapper, fold it upwards twice to form a strip, and pinch both ends to form ingots.
