Wontons with Sesame Sauce

1. Add seasonings such as egg, pepper, ground ginger, starch, pepper, oyster sauce and salt to the meat filling. Stir in one direction and marinate for ten minutes;

2. Put an appropriate amount of meat into the middle of the bottom of the wonton wrapper;

3. Fold up twice;

4. Fold into a strip and fold the two ends together;

5. Use your fingers to press the two ends to connect (if it is too dry, stick to some water), like an ingot type;

6. Wrap all the wontons and set aside;

7. Add appropriate amount of boiling water and a small amount of olive oil to the tahini sauce;

8. Prepare other ingredients: sesame paste, soy sauce and vinegar, minced shallots, minced ginger and garlic with a little salt soaked in water, dried shrimp skin and red pepper oil;

9. . Boil the pot water, add the wrapped wontons after the water is boiled;

10. After all the wontons are raised, cook for half a minute and remove;

11. .Put it into a bowl and add the prepared soy sauce, vinegar and other seasonings;

12. If you like, you can sprinkle some dried shrimps, etc.;

13. Just stir evenly when eating.

Tips:

1. Add the meat filling to salt and other seasonings to marinate for the taste. When wrapping the wonton, put the meat filling in the middle of the bottom of the wonton wrapper, fold it upwards twice to form a strip, and pinch both ends to form ingots. If you don’t care about the shape, you can put the meat directly in the middle of the wonton wrapper and pinch it tightly;

2. I prepared the seasoning ingredients according to Wuhan hot dry noodles. The most basic ones are: sesame paste, shallots, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and ginger soaked in water (usually referred to as water). Others, such as dried shrimps, are available as you like. Add to;

3. Everything else is easy. Cook the wontons and mix them in your favorite seasonings.
