Wontons with Sesame Sauce

Add seasonings such as egg, pepper, ground ginger, starch, pepper, oyster sauce and salt to the meat filling. Stir in one direction and marinate for ten minutes;

Put an appropriate amount of meat into the middle of the bottom of the wonton wrapper;

Fold up twice;

Fold into a strip and fold the two ends together;

Use your fingers to press the two ends to connect (if it is too dry, stick to some water), like an ingot type;

Wrap all the wontons and set aside;

Add appropriate amount of boiling water and a small amount of olive oil to the tahini sauce;

Prepare other ingredients: sesame paste, soy sauce and vinegar, minced shallots, minced ginger and garlic with a little salt soaked in water, dried shrimp skin and red pepper oil;

Tips:
1. Add the meat filling to salt and other seasonings to marinate for the taste. When wrapping the wonton, put the meat filling in the middle of the bottom of the wonton wrapper, fold it upwards twice to form a strip, and pinch both ends to form ingots. If you don’t care about the shape, you can put the meat directly in the middle of the wonton wrapper and pinch it tightly;
