Wontons with Warm Mixed Vegetables and Meat

Wash the small greens

Put enough water in the pot and remove the water and squeeze it out

Chop the small green cabbage into fine pieces

Add some salt

Add oyster sauce

Add some light soy sauce

Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put some fillings on it

Put the wontons in the pot after boiling the water, boil it again, add cold water and cook until the wontons float on the water

Remove wontons and add sesame oil to avoid sticking

To adjust the juice: take a small bowl and add peanut butter

Add soy sauce

Add balsamic vinegar

Add sugar

Add some red oil and stir evenly

When the wontons are warm, pour the juice over and mix well.
