World's Best Chicken Popcorn

Wash the chicken breast and cut into small pieces.

Fried chicken breaded 200g, spicy chicken marinade 15g, ginger 10g, 1 egg I forgot to enter the mirror.

Peel the ginger, wash and slice.

Put the chicken nuggets in a bowl, add 10g ginger slices, 1g salt, 1g crushed black pepper, 3g white wine, 5g chicken essence, 3g chili powder.

Stir well and marinate for 10 minutes.

After marinating, add 15g of spicy chicken marinade, beat in 1 egg, stir well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Put the marinated chicken nuggets into the fried chicken powder and pinch it with your hands to evenly coat the chicken nuggets.

Put everything into a colander, prepare a basin of water, soak the colander in the water for 3 seconds and pick it up, so that the chicken pieces are evenly soaked.
