While the glutinous rice is cooking, dice the meat, bamboo shoots, dried tofu, shiitake mushrooms, and mustard greens. Mince the green onion and garlic and set aside.

Put the diced meat in the hot oil and stir fry to change the color, and then add the onion and garlic until fragrant.

Add the dark soy sauce, stir fry with oyster sauce, pour in the cut cubes, and simmer with a little water.

Mix flour and water into a thin paste.

Pour a small amount of oil into the non-stick pan, heat it up, pour in the batter, turn the pan and spread it into a noodle. When the surface of the noodle is almost dry, add the egg and spread it out.

Wait until the biscuits are through and turn them over.

Spread glutinous rice on the noodles in order and the fried dices.

Cut into 4 pieces, then turn over and fry for a while, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and take out.
Tips:
1, 3 cups of glutinous rice make 2 pots of tofu.
2. Because I used soy sauce and oyster sauce, I didn't put any salt in it.
