Wuhan People's Favorite Ribs and Lotus Root Soup

Soak the ribs to remove blood and wash.

Peel the lotus root.
3.
Cut the hob block.
4.
Rinse well and soak in cold water.
5.
Shred half of the ginger, half slice, and half of the shallots knotted.

Put the ribs in a pot of cold water, put ginger slices and cooking wine, boil and simmer for about 3 minutes.

Remove and rinse with hot water.
8.
Put lotus root, ribs, and corn in a stew pot.
9.
Put green onion knots and ginger shreds, and pour in boiling water.
10.
Skim the scum after boiling.
11.
Cover and simmer for about 70 minutes until cooked through.
12.
When salt, white pepper, and shallots, stir well.
Tips:
Add enough water to the stewed ribs at a time.
