When I went to Wuhan a few years ago, my favorite was not cherry blossoms, not the Yangtze River Bridge, but so many local delicious foods!

Sanxian tofu skin, oil cake buns siu mai, ribs and lotus root soup...all are so delicious! This kind of local delicacy is simply not available in the small northeast town!

I still want to eat when I get home, but the first two are too complicated, so I won't try it. The lotus root soup has been made several times, the preparation is simple and delicious, the meaty soup is fresh and absolutely delicious!

Wuhan has been unblocked, and I wish this city gets better and better, and I will go there to eat delicious food in the future!
