Xiaotangcai is a special variety in Jiangnan, which is very similar to Xiaobaicai. Xiaotangcai, also called Qinggencai, has an upright plant and a large head and waist. Each 100g fresh vegetables contains 93-95g water, 2.3-3.2g carbohydrates, 1.4-2.5g protein, 30-40mg vitamin C, 0.6-1.4g cellulose, and other vitamins and minerals.

Tips:

1. Xiaotangcai prevents oil worms, soaking in salt water can wash away the leaf worms;
2. Wash the soil first, then cut into pieces with a knife, and then wash;
