Xiaotangcai

The prepared Xiaotangcai is removed;

Cut the small tang vegetables in the middle, soak in salt water for 5 minutes, remove, drain, and set aside;

Boil water, add small tang vegetables, and cook;

Take out the cooked small tang vegetables, drain the water, and put it on the plate;

Heat the pan, pour the oil, add the minced garlic, saute, turn to a low heat, add salt and soy sauce, fry and boil;
6.
Just drizzle the fried sauce on top of the cooked small tang vegetables.
Tips:
1. Xiaotangcai prevents oil worms, soaking in salt water can wash away the leaf worms;
2. Wash the soil first, then cut into pieces with a knife, and then wash;
3. The sauteed minced garlic sauce should be sprinkled on top with heat.
