Yam Braised Pork Ribs

Preparation materials: spare ribs, iron sticks, yam and green onion, ginger and garlic

Soak the ribs in cold water for more than half an hour to remove the blood and drain the water for later use

Peel and pat the garlic, slice ginger, mince green onion

Saute the ginger and garlic in a frying pan, then pour in the ribs and stir fry for a fragrance

Add the dark soy sauce and rock sugar and stir fry until it is colored

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, boil half of the pork ribs, turn to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour

Yam peeled and cut into hob blocks

Pour the yam into the pot and season with salt. Continue to cook for about 15 minutes until the yam is soft and rotten. The finished product is not pretty)

Finally, harvest the juice from the fire and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
