Yangzhou Fried Rice

Peas and corn kernels are thawed and cleaned

Thaw the shrimp, clean it, cut the back to remove the intestines, take a little salt, and marinate for 5-10 minutes

Tips:
1. The open back of the prawn meat is not only to remove the intestines, but also to shorten the marinating time. Of course, I personally feel that this is beautiful.
