[yantai] Sesame Prawns

The large prawns are taken out of the freezer and thawed with cold.

Remove the shrimp heads.

Pick out the shrimp thread and remove the shells, leaving the last section and tails without shelling.

Add salt, pepper and light soy sauce.

Enlarge the green onions and marinate the ginger for 20 minutes.

The marinated shrimp is cut horizontally with a knife to prevent it from rolling up during the frying process. Be careful not to cut it off.

Glue the shrimp evenly with a layer of starch.

Put it in the egg liquid for a while.

Roll the sesame seeds and coat the shrimp with sesame seeds.

Boil the oil in the pan until slightly green smoke appears. Put the shrimp into the pan and fry until the sesame seeds turn golden brown to remove the oil control.

Serve and squeeze some salad dressing.
Tips:
1. The oil temperature of fried shrimp should be controlled well, and the temperature should not be too high, otherwise the sesame seeds will be mashed when the pan is pressed;
2. If you don't like sesame seeds, you can use bread crumbs instead, or use flour and eggs to make a batter and wrap it with shrimp before frying;
