There are strong childhood memories in the scallion pancakes. After school as a child, I like to buy scallion pancakes at the entrance of the school. So I decided to bring this traditional snack to my kitchen. The ingredients and preparation are not difficult. The delicious breakfast brings energy to the whole family.

Yeast Scallion Pancakes

1. Combine flour, eggs, water, and dry yeast together until the dough is smooth and soft, and then let the dough rise for about an hour.

2. Divide the dough into several small balls and roll the small dough into strips.

3. Spread a layer of oil first, then sprinkle a little salt and pepper

4. Put chopped green onion on one end.

5. Roll up from the end with the onion.

6. Stand the dough upright and then flatten it.

7. Roll into a pancake shape and sprinkle with sesame seeds. To prevent the sesame from falling off, press it a little.

8. Place it on a pan and sear until golden on both sides.
