Yellow Braised Chicken

Cut all the ingredients, green and red peppers, carrot slices, garlic segments, garlic diced, ginger slices, and shiitake mushrooms soak in warm water and rinse before cutting.

Wash the drumsticks, wings, and feet, and chop them into pieces. Do not chop them too small, as they will shrink after cooking.

Add some cooking wine and blanch the chicken to remove any foam.

Heat oil in the pan and pour the chicken.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and salt, stir-fry and color.

Add garlic diced and ginger slices, fry until fragrant, and transfer to a casserole.

Mix with water and cover the chicken with water.

Another hot oil, saute the sesame oil until fragrant.

Put the shiitake mushrooms into the pot together. After the high heat is boiled, turn to medium heat, cover the lid, and simmer.

Add some salt and fry the leftover ingredients a few times.

Simmer until the chicken is thick and the broth is thick, add the ingredients that have just been fried a few times, stir well and cook.
