Yellow Croaker in Tomato Sauce

Change the knife on both sides of yellow croaker.

Sprinkle salt, pepper, cooking wine, light soy sauce on the surface, spread well, add green onion and ginger, and marinate for half an hour.

Adjust tomato sauce: 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, 1 tablespoon of white sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt.

Then add an appropriate amount of water, 1 spoon of starch, and mix well.

Dry the surface of yellow croaker and apply starch.

Put large oil (lard) in the pot, boil until melted, add yellow croaker, and fry until golden on one side.

Turn over and add marinade, simmer for five minutes, then fry for another minute on high heat.

Stir-fry the sauce until it is sticky and pour it on the yellow croaker.
