Yellow Croaker with Tofu

The main materials are ready;

Cut the tofu into small pieces, shred the green onion and ginger, slightly cut the dried red pepper, and cut the garlic clove for use;

Tips:
1. Wipe the wok with ginger slices in the wok first, so that the fish will not break easily;
