Yellow Fish Noodles with Pickled Vegetables

Scrape off the scales of yellow croaker and open belly to remove internal organs and gills, wash and control water, prepare arowana active fermented hollow noodles, pickled vegetables, shallots, and ginger

Cut the yellow croaker a few times on the back to make it easier to taste. Cut the shallots into sections and chopped green onion, sliced ginger

After the pan is heated, pour the oil, the oil temperature is 70% hot, fry the yellow croaker in the pan until golden on both sides, and then pick it up

Add olive oil in a separate pot, the oily smell of the fried fish is stronger, so I don’t make soup. Pour the ginger slices and green onions into a fragrant, then put the yellow croaker into the pot and cook the rice wine
