Yellow Mustard Tofu Soup

1. Prepare fresh day lily, remove the flower core and root of the fresh day lily. Wash the day lily and soak in water for about 15 minutes.

2. Boil the day lily in boiling water for about 3 to 5 minutes. Drain the day lily and set aside. Pour out the boiling water.
