Ying Cry Green and Red

1. One eggplant, washed and not peeled,

2. Cut into pieces of similar length,

3. Each paragraph is divided into 8 parts,

4. Sprinkle salt and starch aside and marinate,

5. Sauce: minced garlic + spicy millet + oyster sauce + light soy sauce + balsamic vinegar + red oil + warm water + white sugar + chicken essence,

6. The oil is 60% hot, add the eggplant,
