Tips:
Cut the tofu into 2 cm cubes, soak in hot water at about 80 degrees Celsius and salt for ten minutes to remove the beany taste
Scatter the minced meat in the pan and stir-fry, the color turns white, add the mushrooms and stir-fry evenly (remember the order)
After stir-frying, add broth or water, add salt or light soy sauce according to the respective taste, put the fried tofu in a pot and slowly cook for a while
