Crush the gardenia in advance and soak in water for later use.

Draw a monkey pattern on the non-oily and non-watery cooking paper.

Wash the seafood mushrooms and spare ribs, use salt, cooking wine, dried chili, sugar and oil-consuming code flavor, and steam them in a steamer together with the rice. If you don't eat spicy food, you can leave out dried chilies.

Cut the green pepper into sections, beat an egg and stir well with a little salt, pour into the green pepper section and fry until cooked.
6.
Shred the purple cabbage, slice the cucumber, wash the bitter chrysanthemum, add a little salt and salad juice and mix well. If you don't like to eat purple cabbage raw, like me, you can blanch it. If you eat it raw, cut it as much as possible.
7.
The corn is cut into sections and cooked. Cut the rice with a flower knife and boil it in boiling water to bloom. Wash the small tomatoes and bitter chrysanthemum and set aside.
8.
The bento box is sterilized and dried with boiling water or white vinegar, and the prepared gardenia rice and cooked corn are put into the bento box.
9.
Then add the steamed seafood mushroom ribs and vegetable salad.
10.
Finally, put the green pepper omelette and small tomatoes into the bento box, and the gaps are decorated with bitter chrysanthemum and crispy intestines.

The drawn pattern is covered on the seaweed, and the shape is carved with a knife. When cutting seaweed, start from the smallest hollow, and then gradually go to the outer contour. After engraving, remove the pattern and use tweezers to remove the excess seaweed. Do not pull the seaweed where it is not cut, just cut it gently with scissors.
12.
Take a piece of cheese and paste the carved seaweed on it to be subdued.
13.
Use a knife to cut off the excess cheese slices along the outer edge of the seaweed. Small flowers are carved out of the flower mold, and the heart of the cooked carrot slices is carved out with a straw.
14.
The prepared monkey is placed on the rice, and the flowers are placed on top of the small tomatoes for decoration.
Tips:
The bento box should be blanched with boiling water or wiped with vinegar before use. The side dishes should be filled. Learn to fill the gaps with shaped dishes. The selection of cute bento materials can be very random, the main course can also be according to your own preferences, and the side dishes try to find some brightly colored fresh vegetables to match. There is no fixed number of ways, but there is a principle, not soup. It is recommended that the main dish be made with a stronger flavor, and the side dish should be mainly cooked in salt water, so that it is light and nutritious, while maintaining a bright color. You can try to make more small shapes or use a flower knife to change the shape of the ingredients. Place the main dish in the middle when serving, and then fill the gap with the side dish.
