Yogurt Cold Noodles

400g fresh noodles

Peel the cucumber, homemade yogurt and pepper noodles.

Shred cucumber, add appropriate amount of salt, monosodium glutamate and pepper noodles to the yogurt and mix thoroughly.

I made the yogurt in advance with a rice cooker, and did not put any sugar when making it, so it is suitable for making cold yogurt noodles.

The noodles are cooked in water first.

Remove the cooked noodles, add appropriate amount of sesame oil, and cool with an electric fan.

The cold noodles are refreshing and will not stick. If you prefer cooler noodles, put the cold noodles in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Don’t cook the noodles for too long, because the noodles are too soft and taste bad
