Yogurt Grilled Wings

Wash and drain the chicken wings, then use a knife to mix all the ingredients except the butter and flour. Place in the refrigerator to marinate overnight.

Wrap in flour and put on the baking tray

Put some butter on the chicken wings. (I put more, just put half the amount on each chicken wing)

Into the oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes
Tips:
1. This version of chicken wings is made with soft skin. If you like crispy skin, you can change the grilled wings to fried chicken wings. 2. When making, if you only use yogurt, black pepper, salt, and MSG, then wrap it in flour and deep-fry it, it will have the taste of original chicken in a fast food restaurant. 3. Time, extend the time if the wing root is big. If you use the wings, the time will be shortened.
