Yuba Pork Slices

Prepare the materials in the picture.

Soak the yuba for 20 minutes, and let it soften (decide whether to use warm or cold water and the length of soaking time according to the yuba you bought).

Cut the soaked yuba.

Add oil to the pot, add the meat slices, add some salt, and stir fry over medium-low heat.
