Yuba Shredded Pork

Cut the yuba into small sections and soak in water to soften

Pork cut into thin strips

Put it in a bowl, mix well with soy sauce, cooking wine, starch and marinate for a while

Green peppers and carrot slices

Ginger garlic chopped froth

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded pork and stir fry

Stir-fry until the shredded pork changes color, add in the minced garlic and stir well

Add carrots and green peppers and stir-fry for a while

Add soy sauce and stir fry evenly

Then add the yuba and stir fry for a while

Add a pinch of salt
12.
Stir evenly to get out of the pot
Tips:
The yuba itself is already cooked, so you don’t need to fry it for too long
