Yumizhixiang (fried Rice)

1. Thaw and wash the sea bream, cut into coarse pieces, mix well with salt, pepper, and 1 egg yolk, marinate for 15 minutes and set aside.

2. Prepare the rice, green pepper, chopped ginger, chopped green onion and corn kernels (the corn kernels should be cooked in boiling water).

3. Heat oil in a pot, add ginger and stir fragrant, pour in the marinated fish and stir fragrant.
