Yumizhixiang (fried Rice)

Thaw and wash the sea bream, cut into coarse pieces, mix well with salt, pepper, and 1 egg yolk, marinate for 15 minutes and set aside.

Prepare the rice, green pepper, chopped ginger, chopped green onion and corn kernels (the corn kernels should be cooked in boiling water).

Heat oil in a pot, add ginger and stir fragrant, pour in the marinated fish and stir fragrant.

Continue to pour a small amount of oil into the pot, stir-fry the green pepper and corn kernels, sprinkle a little salt, and stir-fry evenly.

Pour the rice directly into the pot, spread it with a spatula, and stir-fry for a while.

Pour in the fragrant green pepper and corn kernels, and continue to stir-fry evenly.

Pour in the right amount of soy sauce and stir fry for a while.

Finally, pour in the fried sea bream cubes, sprinkle with pepper and chicken powder, mix and stir well, then serve.
