Thin soybean flour is the best product of the Yunnan Summer Consumer Administration. It is made from fine white pea flour and cooked into a gruel-like porridge. The thin soy flour is very refreshing and has the effect of clearing the heat. It is a specialty of Huize, Yunnan.
Thin soy flour is made with pea flour, which is a bit like corn paste in the north, but thin soy flour is made salty. I used Yunnan pea flour and made it once and it tasted good.
