Yuxiang Chicken Shreds

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Wash the chicken breast, shred it, add light soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, pepper, starch and marinate for a while.

3. Boil winter bamboo shoots, drain the water, and shred. Soak the fungus in advance, wash and shred.

4. Slice garlic, chop green onion and ginger, and shred pickled pepper.

5. Take a small bowl and add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar, chicken essence, water starch and mix evenly to form a sauce.

6. Pour the oil in the wok and heat it up, add the shredded chicken and stir fry until the color changes and it is ready for use.

7. Add some oil and sauté the chives, ginger, garlic and pickled peppers.

8. Pour in shredded winter bamboo shoots and fungus and stir-fry evenly.
